Las Vegas: Check. Off from my bucket list. Upon arriving to Las Vegas after the eternal eight hours that took us from LA , I immediately felt the dryness of the place. The sun was still up, shining beautifully upon us. It wasn’t there for long enough though. We arrived to our hotel around 4:30pm and when we finally got into our room, I looked out: boom, I noticed it looked like a 10:30pm in Los Angeles at 5:00pm. It seemed to be like if there was an on/off switch for days and nights. It was so quick. Since it was already dark outside, we rested for a while before kicking off our night tour. Our first stop was the Fremont Street at Downtown Las Vegas. We had to catch the famous Viva Vision light show at 6:00pm. Let’s show you guys around a little bit below.
As you can see, the Fremont Street is literally full of lights (see how people are taking pictures everywhere?). The street is an incredible entertainment and gambling destination for many people. The Fremont Street is product of an very interesting history and is definitely the number one place you should never miss out if you are ever visiting Las Vegas. It really is the place that embodies all your classic Las Vegas stereotypes. They’ve got the Viva Vision light show, live music, Slotzilla zip line, live magicians and nude girls all around (duh, it’s Las Vegas). You can learn more about this attractions on this website.
It’s super crowded at 6:00pm (light show). It’s also a very good place to purchase really cute souvenirs (besides the Stratosphere Hotel’s souvenirs shop). One thing I personally didn’t really like: most of the time, you will be surrounded by people begging for money.
